Refund Policy

Fantasy Football Merchandise is a "print-on-demand" company that uses Printify.  As such, we align with their Return & Refund policy which states:

"All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

"However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error (i.e. damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty product), Printify offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery."

In cases of misprints or faulty orders, we will fulfill the "submit issue form" to Printify for you. This will require a clear photo or video showing the issue.

Additionally, you must ensure your shipping information is entered correctly. As stated on Printify:

"If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for capturing the correct information."

In short, we will only offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Misprints
  • Faulty products
  • Damaged product

We understand this is a strict policy. In our current early stages, Fantasy Football Merchandise does not have the overhead to cover inventory & offer the generous return + refund policy we (& you) would prefer.

Still, we genuinely want to serve you and satisfy all your Fantasy Football Merchandise needs.
